Can you explain the offer and checkout process in a simple timeline?
Yes. Here is the typical flow:
- You make an offer → the seller accepts (or you accept a counteroffer)
- You get 2 hours to pay (Checkout Exclusivity Period)
- If you pay within the exclusivity period → purchase completes and tickets move to transfer
- If you do not pay within the exclusivity period → you can still pay later, but:
- the seller can accept another offer
- if they do, the new buyer gets their own 2 hour exclusivity period
- during that period, you cannot pay
- If you don't pay → unpaid accepted offers expire after 6 days
