Wimbledon Championships debenture ticket Holders Entrance

Wimbledon debenture tickets provide some of the best seats on Centre Court and No.1 Court. They also include access to the debenture areas, bars, restaurants and lounges, dedicated debenture-holder entrances, and the flexibility of a legally transferable ticket.

Best seats on the show courts

One of the main reasons buyers choose debenture tickets is seat location and view. Debenture seats are located in some of the most desirable areas of Centre Court and No.1 Court, giving ticket holders a reserved seat on Wimbledon’s two main show courts.

  • On Centre Court, debenture seats are located in the front 14 rows (A-N), on the same tier as the Royal Box.
  • On No.1 Court, debenture seats are located in the front 17 rows (A-Q).

Many of these seats are positioned at an angle to the court, which is widely regarded as one of the best perspectives for watching tennis live.

For more information on what makes a great seat, see our guide to the best seats at Wimbledon.

Dedicated debenture-holder entrances

Wimbledon debenture tickets include dedicated debenture-holder entrances, which can make arrival and entry much easier than for general ticket holders, especially on busy days.

For many buyers, that added convenience is part of the appeal. A debenture ticket does not just provide a reserved seat on Centre Court or No.1 Court, but a smoother overall experience from arrival onwards.

Debenture ticket holders can access the Grounds via Gate 4 on Church Road. The most direct access to Centre Court and No.1 Court is via Car Park 8, which is also reserved for debenture holders and includes a dedicated drop-off and collection zone.

Exclusive debenture bars, restaurants and lounges

Wimbledon debenture tickets also include access to the exclusive debenture bars, restaurants and lounges on the court your ticket is for. These areas are reserved for debenture ticket holders and offer a more comfortable place to eat, drink and take a break during the day.

Depending on the court, this can include access to some of the best-known debenture hospitality spaces, such as Centre Court’s Champions’ Room and No.1 Court’s Renshaw Restaurant.

If this is an important part of your day, see our guide to Wimbledon debenture holder bars and restaurants.

Access to the outside courts

Debenture ticket holders can also access Wimbledon’s outside courts, which is useful if you want to arrive early and watch play before the main show courts begin.

Play on Centre Court and No.1 Court usually starts at 1.00pm, while play on the outside courts begins from 11.00am. Outside courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, although No.2 Court and No.3 Court are separately ticketed.

If you want to make the most of the morning, read our guide to seeing Wimbledon morning matches before main court play starts.

Legally transferable tickets

Unlike most other Wimbledon tickets, debenture tickets can be legally transferred. That means they can be bought and sold through the secondary market, which gives buyers more flexibility and makes last-minute purchasing possible.

This is an important benefit of debenture tickets, especially given the price. It is not just a reserved seat on Centre Court or No.1 Court, but a ticket type that can be resold if your plans change.

If you want to understand this in more detail, read our guide to reselling Wimbledon tickets.

What is included with a Wimbledon debenture ticket?

In summary, a Wimbledon debenture ticket includes more than just a reserved seat on Centre Court or No.1 Court. It also includes access to the debenture areas, bars, restaurants and lounges, dedicated debenture-holder entrances, and the flexibility of a legally transferable ticket.

For many buyers, that combination of seat location, exclusive access and transferability is what makes debenture tickets different from other ways of attending The Championships.
