Wimbledon debenture tickets provide some of the best seats on Centre Court and No.1 Court. They also include access to the debenture areas, bars, restaurants and lounges, dedicated debenture-holder facilities, and the flexibility of a legally transferable ticket.
Best seats on the show courts
One of the main reasons buyers choose debenture tickets is seat location and view. Debenture seats are located in some of the most desirable areas of Centre Court and No.1 Court, giving ticket holders a reserved seat on Wimbledon’s two main show courts.
- On Centre Court, debenture seats are located in rows A-N, on the same tier as the Royal Box.
- On No.1 Court, debenture seats are located in rows A-Q.
Many of these seats are positioned at an angle to the court, which is widely regarded as one of the best perspectives for watching tennis live.

Dedicated debenture-holder arrival
Wimbledon debenture ticket holders are encouraged to enter the Grounds through Gate 4 on Church Road.
The Guest Arrival Hub is located through the walkway opposite Gate 4. It is available for debenture and No.1 Court hospitality guests, with a small seating area outside and toilet facilities inside. Debenture hosts are also available to answer questions on arrival.
For many buyers, this added convenience is part of the appeal. A debenture ticket does not just provide a reserved seat on Centre Court or No.1 Court, but a smoother overall experience from arrival onwards.
Registered debenture holders can also request a drop-off or pick-up pass, known as a DOPU pass, if travelling to the Grounds by private taxi or chauffeur car. A DOPU pass allows the vehicle to pass through the Church Road closure and drop off or collect guests near Gate 4. It does not entitle the vehicle to park.
The drop-off and pick-up point for private taxis and chauffeur cars is within Car Park 5, close to the Guest Arrival Hub. DOPU passes can be requested by registered debenture holders through wimbledon.com or the Wimbledon App during The Championships.
If you have bought Wimbledon debenture tickets through Green & Purple and need help with drop-off or pick-up arrangements, please contact us. The pass may need to be arranged by the registered debenture holder.
Debenture parking
Registered debenture holders can book parking in Car Park 5. Parking must be pre-booked, as on-the-day parking is not available.
There is a short walk from Car Park 5 past the Guest Arrival Hub and across Church Road to Gate 4.
If you have bought a Wimbledon debenture ticket from a debenture holder, you may need to ask the registered debenture holder to arrange Car Park 5 parking for you.
Exclusive debenture bars, restaurants and lounges
Wimbledon debenture tickets also include access to the exclusive debenture bars, restaurants and lounges. These areas are reserved for debenture ticket holders and offer a more comfortable place to eat, drink and take a break during the day.
Debenture tickets do not include free food and drink as standard. Food and drink can be purchased from a range of debenture restaurants, bars and self-service areas.
Your Centre Court debenture ticket includes access to the Centre Court debenture bars and restaurants. It also includes access to The Renshaw restaurant in No.1 Court by reservation only.
Your No.1 Court debenture ticket includes access to the No.1 Court debenture bars and restaurants.
Depending on your ticket and any reservations you have made, this can include access to some of the best-known debenture hospitality spaces, such as Centre Court’s Champions’ Room and No.1 Court’s Renshaw restaurant.
If this is an important part of your day, see our guide to Wimbledon debenture holder bars and restaurants.
Access to the outside courts
Debenture ticket holders can also access matches on courts throughout the Grounds with unreserved seating. This is useful if you want to arrive early and watch play before the main show courts begin.
The Grounds and debenture areas open daily from 10.00am. Play usually begins on the outside courts at 11.00am.
Play usually begins on No.1 Court at 1.00pm, apart from Finals Weekend when play starts at 11.00am. Play usually begins on Centre Court at 1.30pm, apart from Finals Weekend when play starts at 1.00pm.
In addition to Centre Court and No.1 Court, No.2 Court has reserved seating. Unreserved seating is available on No.3 Court, Court 12, Court 18, and outside courts 4-11 and 14-17.
To watch players practising, you can visit the viewing platform next to the practice courts in Aorangi.

Legally transferable tickets
Unlike most other Wimbledon tickets, debenture tickets can be legally transferred. That means they can be bought and sold through the secondary market, which gives buyers more flexibility and makes last-minute purchasing possible.
This is an important benefit of debenture tickets, especially given the price. It is not just a reserved seat on Centre Court or No.1 Court, but a ticket type that can be resold if your plans change.
If you want to understand this in more detail, read our guide to reselling Wimbledon tickets.
What is included with a Wimbledon debenture ticket?

For many buyers, that combination of seat location, exclusive access and transferability is what makes debenture tickets different from other ways of attending The Championships.
