Patrick McIntyre is CEO and a founding partner of Green & Purple, the online marketplace for Wimbledon debenture tickets.
A Wimbledon debenture holder himself, Patrick saw first-hand the shortcomings of the traditional debenture ticket resale market and helped create Green & Purple to make buying and selling tickets simpler, more transparent and more secure.
Before Green & Purple, Patrick worked in legal software development at Slaughter and May and went on to co-found a number of legal and property technology businesses operating in SRA and FCA regulated sectors.
His route into technology followed an earlier career as a pilot in the skydiving world.
Patrick was a relative latecomer to tennis. He discovered the sport in 2020 after being persuaded into an impromptu game of doubles and now plays regularly at his local club.
He also remains firmly of the view that Novak Djokovic is the greatest athlete to have ever existed, a position that continues to generate regular good-natured debate within the Green & Purple team.
