Tickets are transferred through the AELTC’s official myWimbledon app, with Green & Purple overseeing the transaction from purchase through to delivery. We only release your payment to the seller after we have transferred your tickets to you.
Refund protection
If the ticketed day or the Championships are cancelled, or if the seller does not transfer the tickets you have purchased, you will receive a refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

How can I tell my ticket is genuine?
Tickets are issued as digital e-tickets via the myWimbledon App, linked to identity and device. Tickets must be accessed in the app, and paper copies, printouts, or screenshots are not accepted.

How do Wimbledon e-tickets work in the myWimbledon app?
Tickets are issued via the myWimbledon app. You need the app on iOS or Android. Internet access is required because tickets are retrieved and scanned live at the gates. Tickets cannot be printed or downloaded in advance.

What happens if my plans change and I can no longer go?
If your plans change after buying, whether because of a change in circumstances or a cancelled flight, you can relist your Wimbledon debenture tickets for sale through the Green & Purple marketplace. This gives buyers a practical way to try to recover their money if they can no longer attend.
Because Green & Purple supports both advance and last minute debenture ticket sales, tickets can be resold even close to the event date, subject to demand, with our team helping to manage the transfer process on your behalf.
