Debenture Tickets
Make an offer and buy direct from debenture holders. Get the best seats.
Wimbledon 2025 starts in:
The Wimbledon Royal Box
Since 1922, the most exclusive ticket to the Championships, is a seat in the Royal Box on Centre Court.
Invitations to the Royal Box are made by the Chairman of the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC). Invitations are typically made to members of the Royal family, figures from the world of tennis, commercial partners of the AELTC, prominent figures from the media, patrons and sponsors of British tennis and various other walks of life.
The Royal Box has 74 seats, which are dark green Lloyd Loom wicker chairs with padded seating. Access to the Royal Box is via the Clubhouse and is guarded by uniformed members of the armed services.
For tennis fans, there is arguably no better view of the action than from the Royal Box. Situated right behind the South baseline of Centre Court, guests are somewhat on show to other spectators and cameras around the Court. Despite the prominent position, however, the perks of sitting in the Royal Box are hidden from view and to some extent, shrouded in mystery.
Before the start of play, guests are also treated to a decadent lunch in the Clubhouse. Diners can expect the very finest cuisine the Tournament has to offer, with poached lobster and vintage Champagne being firm favourites.
If you are hoping for a seat in the Royal Box, there is not much you can do except live your best life and hope for an invitation.
There is however, a comparable experience that allows you to enjoy a similar level of luxury from a seat on the same level as the Royal Box.

The next best thing to a seat in the Royal Box is a Wimbledon debenture ticket seat.
