Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Green & Purple, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for both buyers and sellers. Wimbledon debenture tickets are legally transferable, but ticket purchases are generally treated as event-based sales with a fixed date. In most cases, buyers cannot cancel once a transaction has been completed. For that reason, refunds, cancellations and changes are not usually available unless the terms of the sale are not met or the event is cancelled.

If your plans change

If you can no longer attend, valid Wimbledon debenture tickets bought through Green & Purple may be relisted for resale on our website. This gives buyers a practical way to sell their tickets if plans change after purchase.

Because Wimbledon debenture tickets are transferable through myWimbledon, resale is often possible even close to the event date, subject to demand and enough time to complete the transfer process.

When a full refund may apply

A full refund will be issued to the buyer if the seller fails to transfer the tickets to Green & Purple's myWimbledon account.

If Green & Purple transfers the wrong tickets in error and cannot fulfil the original sale, the buyer will be fully refunded.

If the event or ticket day is cancelled

If the day covered by the tickets, or the tournament as a whole, is cancelled for any reason, including Force Majeure, the buyer is entitled to a refund from the seller in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Green & Purple will process the refund within 7 days of official notification of the cancellation by the AELTC, less any deductions permitted under the Terms and Conditions. These deductions may include expenses or administrative costs incurred by Green & Purple in connection with the cancellation and refund process.

Requests for cancellations or changes

Any request for a cancellation or change must be made in writing by email to service@greenandpurple.com. We review each case on its individual merits, but exceptions are rare.

Important notes

Green & Purple acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not take title to the tickets, and the underlying sale is between buyer and seller.

All tickets are electronic Wimbledon debenture tickets held and transferred only through myWimbledon. Screenshots, printouts and other substitutes are not valid for entry.

In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
