The Tournament has transitioned from paper tickets to e-tickets, managed through the secure myWimbledon App and operated by the AELTC. Green & Purple's processes are fully integrated with the myWimbledon App to ensure a secure and seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. Tickets are only transferred to buyers once payment has been made, and buyers' payments are only forwarded to sellers once buyers confirm receipt of their tickets.

Tickets can be listed for sale and purchased throughout the year. However, tickets can only be transferred to buyers after the AELTC has distributed tickets to Wimbledon debenture holders' myWimbledon Apps. Tickets are normally distributed to debenture holders in mid May.

The process for cancelling a ticket purchase and requesting a refund varies, depending on whether the AELTC has distributed tickets.

Before debenture tickets have been distributed by the AELTC

If debenture tickets have not yet been distributed by the AELTC, buyers may cancel their ticket purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund.

After debenture tickets have been distributed by the AELTC

Once debenture tickets have been distributed by the AELTC, the seller is not obliged to issue a refund unless there has been a breach of the terms and conditions.

What if the seller fails to transfer their ticket?

A full refund will be issued to the buyer if the seller fails to transfer the buyer's tickets within a minimum of 7 days before the event date.

How do I request a cancellation or refund?

Any request for cancellation or a variation must be put in writing and sent by email to service@greenandpurple.com. We will review each case on its individual merits but cancellations or variations will only be made in exceptional situations.
