Cancellation and refund policy
Updated 16th April 2025
At Green & Purple, we aim to offer a fair and transparent experience for both buyers and sellers. As debenture tickets are legally transferable, all sales are considered final, and refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not typically offered, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
However, life happens, and if you can no longer attend, you're welcome to resell your tickets securely through our platform.
Buyer Protection
- If the Tournament or the specific day of your ticket is cancelled (including due to Force Majeure), you’ll be entitled to a refund from the seller, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
- If the seller fails to transfer your ticket at least 7 days before the event, you'll receive a full refund.
- While sellers are not obligated to issue a refund unless terms are breached, we’re here to help mediate if needed.
Change of Plans? Resell your tickets through Green & Purple
Wimbledon debenture tickets are the only tickets legally transferable for The Championships. If your plans change, you can quickly and easily relist your tickets on Green & Purple—often with just the press of a button.
We’re built for flexibility, handling last-minute sales right up to the morning of play. In 2024, we sold every single ticket listed on our platform—including those posted just hours before the first serve of the day.
Requesting a Change
If you’d like to request a cancellation or change, please email us at sservice@greenandpurple.com. We review each request individually, and while exceptions are rare, we’re happy to consider them in exceptional circumstances.
For more information, please see: Terms and conditions.
Note: In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
It was an easy process
"I thought I'd send you a short note to thank you for dealing so efficiently with my Wimbledon debentures in 2021. It was an easy process to sell the days I didn't want to Green and Purple and payment was made promptly. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future."
