The Sunshine Double will take place in March for the ATP and WTA Tours, on opposite coasts of the United States.

Indian Wells

Jannik Sinner will miss both Indian Wells and Miami due to his ban. This means that Alex Zverev will be the top seed in California, with defending champion Carlos Alcaraz as the second seed. Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, and the rest of the top 40 are entered.

Wildcards have been awarded to American trio Nishesh Basavereddy, Tristan Boyer, and Reilly Opelka, as well as Brazilian Joao Fonseca. 

Iga Swiatek will hope to defend her Indian Wells title, with Aryna Sabalenka, Coco Gauff, Jasmine Paolini and Elena Rybakina among those looking to challenge her. Recent Dubai champion Mirra Andreeva will look to keep her good form going, but Barbora Krejcikova has withdrawn from the event.

Petra Kvitova recently announced her comeback, having not played since 2023, and has received a wildcard here. Sloan Stephens and Belinda Bencic were among the others to receive wildcards. 

Miami

Sinner will be unable to defend his Miami title, with Zverev and Alcaraz likely to be the top two seeds again here. All of the top 65 players in the world rankings, except for Sinner, are currently entered, with wildcards yet to be announced.

Danielle Collins won Miami in stunning fashion last year, and will aim to defend her title here this year. Sabalenka, Swiatek, Gauff, and the rest of the top 70 women, are all entered, except for Krejcikova. Wildcards are yet to be announced.
