Novak Djokovic came from two sets down to defeat young Italian Jannik Sinner in a gripping contest.
Cameron Norrie beat David Goffin in a gruelling match to reach his first Grand Slam Semi Final.
34-year-old Tatjana Maria also reached her first Grand Slam Semi Final by beating fellow German Jule Niemeier, where she will face Ons Jabeur.
The Tunisian third seed was forced to come from a set down against Maria Bouzkova.
