When will I receive my tickets?
The AELTC distributes digital debenture tickets closer to The Championships. If you buy before your seller has received them, we transfer them to you as soon as they become available to us.
Our standard ticket delivery policy is:
- at least 7 days before play for tickets bought a week or more in advance;
- at least 1 day before play for tickets bought within a week; and
- in time for entry for last-minute purchases.
Can I cancel my purchase or get a refund?
Completed purchases are final and cannot normally be cancelled by the buyer. Refunds are available only in the circumstances set out in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If your plans change, you may be able to relist your debenture tickets for sale instead.
