Carlos Alcaraz began his title defence with a win against a spirited qualifier Mark Lajal.
Jannik Sinner was made to work a bit harder but came through in four sets against Yannick Hanfmann.
Aryna Sabalenka withdrew from the tournament due to injury, but there were wins for Coco Gauff, Emma Raducanu and Naomi Osaka.
Day 2
Defending champion Marketa Vondrousova was knocked out by Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in the First Round in straight sets.
There were no issues for Novak Djokovic beating Qualifier Vit Kopriva, but Andrey Rublev was beaten by Francisco Comesana.
Iga Swiatek, Elena Rybakina, Jessica Pegula and Alex Zverev all won convincingly.
Day 3
Jannik Sinner survived a tough test against former Runner-Up Matteo Berrettini, coming through in four close sets.
Carlos Alcaraz also triumphed as did Coco Gauff, but Naomi Osaka was beaten by 19th seed Emma Navarro.
Day 4
Iga Swiatek beat Petra Martic in straight sets to maintain her hopes of a first Wimbledon title, whilst Novak Djokovic beat
British Wildcard Jake Fearnley in four sets.
Andy Murray was beaten in the Men’s Doubles alongside brother Jamie, which cued an emotional ceremony on Centre Court hosted by Sue Barker.
Jessica Pegula was knocked out by Xinyu Wang, and Hubert Hurkacz was forced to retire match point down against Arthur Fils.
Day 5
Carlos Alcaraz was given a big scare by Frances Tiafoe, but eventually came through in five sets.
Emma Raducanu continued her good run by beating Maria Sakkari in straight sets, with Jannik Sinner also advancing easily.
Coco Gauff beat British Qualifier Sonay Kartal, and Jasmine Paolini beat Bianca Andreescu to make the Fourth Round.
Day 6
World number 1 Iga Swiatek was knocked out by Yulia Putintseva in the Third Round, with last year’s Runner Up Ons Jabeur also beaten, by Elina Svitolina.
Novak Djokovic came through despite dropping the opening set against Alexei Popyrin, and Alex Zverev and Elena Rybakina also advanced in straight sets.
Day 7
Coco Gauff was beaten by Emma Navarro in straight sets, with compatriot Madison Keys having to retire late on against Jasmine Paolini.
There was another retirement for Grigor Dimitrov against Daniil Medvedev, meaning the Russian will face Jannik Sinner in the Quarter Finals, after he beat Ben Shelton.
Carlos Alcaraz overcame Ugo Humbert in four sets, and Qualifier Lulu Sun beat Emma Raducanu to keep her miraculous run going.
Day 8
Novak Djokovic dismissed Holger Rune in straight sets to advance to his 60th Grand Slam Quarter Final. He will face Alex de Minaur, after the Australian beat Arthur Fils.
Taylor Fritz came back from two sets down to beat an injury-hampered Alex Zverev, and Elena Rybakina advanced after Anna Kalinskaya retired down a set and a break.
Jelena Ostapenko, Barbora Kreijcikova, Elina Svitolina, and Lorenzo Musetti all progressed to the Quarter Finals.
Day 9
Daniil Medvedev produced a sensational performance to take out Jannik Sinner in five sets.
Carlos Alcaraz will face Medvedev in the Semi Finals, after the defending champion beat Tommy Paul in four sets.
Donna Vekic made her first ever Grand Slam Semi Final, after beating qualifier Lulu Sun from a set down. Vekic will take on Jasmine Paolini for a place in the Wimbledon Final, after the Italian dominated Emma Navarro, dropping just three games.
Day 10
2022 champion Elena Rybakina kept her title chances alive with a dominant win over Elina Svitolina. She will face former Roland Garros champion Barbora Krejcikova, after she beat Jelena Ostapenko.
Alex de Minaur was forced to withdraw from his Quarter Final, giving Novak Djokovic a walkover.
Lorenzo Musetti overcame Taylor Fritz in five sets to reach a first Grand Slam Semi Final, where he will play Djokovic.
Day 11
Jasmine Paolini became only the fifth woman in the last 25 years to reach the Roland Garros and Wimbledon Final in the same year, after prevailing in an epic against Donna Vekic, winning in a third set championship tiebreak.
She will face Barbora Krejcikova in the Final, after the Czech stunned Elena Rybakina from a set down. Her win ensured that there will be an eighth different champion in the last eight years of the Championships.
Day 12
Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz overcame Daniil Medvedev from a set down to reach the Final for the second year in a row at the Championships. Like last year, he will play Novak Djokovic in the Final, after the seven-time champion beat Lorenzo Musetti in straight sets.
Day 13
Barbora Krejcikova won her first Wimbledon title with a three set win over Jasmine Paolini in the Final. The Czech won the first set 6-2, but Paolini battled back and took the second 6-2. In a tense final game, Krejcikova eventually held her nerve to win the deciding set 6-4. It is her second Grand Slam title (after Roland Garros in 2021), and she will return to the top 10 in the world rankings on Monday.
Day 14
Carlos Alcaraz successfully defended his Wimbledon title, beating Novak Djokovic in straight sets. The Spaniard was dominant in the first two sets, taking them both 6-2, before the Serb raised his level in the third set. Alcaraz saw three championship points come and go serving for the match at 5-4, but recomposed himself in the tiebreak to claim his fourth Grand Slam title at just 21 years of age.
