Day 14, Sunday 13th July
Jannik Sinner beat Carlos Alcaraz in four sets to claim his first Wimbledon title. Alcaraz took the first set, but Sinner produced brilliant tennis to fight back and win the next 3 sets.
Day 13, Saturday 12th July
Iga Swiatek put in a flawless display to beat Amanda Anisimova and win her first Wimbledon title. The Pole didn’t lose a single game, in a match lasting just under an hour, and takes home her sixth Grand Slam title.
Day 12, Friday 11th July
Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner set up a second consecutive Grand Slam Final meeting, after wins over Taylor Fritz and Novak Djokovic respectively. Fritz pushed Alcaraz, with the Spaniard winning in four sets, and Sinner beat Djokovic in straight sets.
Day 11, Thursday 10th July
Amanda Anisimova defeated Aryna Sabalenka in three sets to reach her first Grand Slam Final. Iga Swiatek dropped just two games in her Semi Final against Belinda Bencic to play for her first Wimbledon title.
Day 10, Wednesday 9th July
Novak Djokovic came from a set down to beat Flavio Cobolli. The seven time champion will meet Jannik Sinner in the Semi Finals, after he beat Ben Shelton in straight sets. Belinda Bencic took out Mirra Andreeva in two tiebreaks, and Iga Swiatek defeated Liudmila Samsonova to reach a first Wimbledon Semi Final.
Day 9, Tuesday 8th July
Carlos Alcaraz overcame Cameron Norrie in straight sets to make the Semi Finals, where he will meet Taylor Fritz, after the American beat Karen Khachanov in four sets.
Aryna Sabalenka had to come from a set down to beat Laura Siegemund, and will play Amanda Anisimova next after she beat Anastasia Pavyluchenkova.
Day 8, Monday 7th July
Grigor Dimitrov was forced to retire injured whilst leading world number 1 Jannik Sinner by two sets to love, in a tragic end to a high quality performance. Novak Djokovic came from a set down to beat Alex de Minaur.
Mirra Andreeva overcame Emma Navarro, with Iga Swiatek, Belinda Bencic and Liudmila Samsonova also advancing to the Quarter Finals.
Day 7, Sunday 6th July
Carlos Alcaraz came from a set down to beat Andrey Rublev and reach the Quarter Finals, where he will face Cameron Norrie. The Brit came through a five set thriller against Nicolas Jarry.
Aryna Sabalenka beat Elise Mertens in straight sets, with Amanda Anisimova, Anastasia Pavyluchenkova and Laura Siegemund also winning.
Day 6, Saturday 5th July
Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic cruised into the second week of Wimbledon with straight set wins. They were joined by Alex de Minaur, Ben Shelton, and Grigor Dimitrov.
Former champion Elena Rybakina was beaten by Clara Tauson, and defending champion Barbora Krejcikova was knocked out by Emma Navarro. Iga Swiatek and Mirra Andreeva both advanced.
Day 5, Friday 4th July
Aryna Sabalenka saw off Emma Raducanu in two tight sets to make the second week at the Championships.
Madison Keys was knocked out by Laura Siegemund, but Carlos Alcaraz beat Jan Lennard Struff in four sets. Taylor Fritz, Andrey Rublev and Amanda Anisimova also advanced.
Day 4, Thursday 3rd July
The upsets keep on coming, as Jack Draper was beaten by former Finalist Marin Cilic, aged 36. Meanwhile, Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic advanced with straight sets wins.
Iga Swiatek had to come from a set down to beat Caty McNally, and Mirra Andreeva, Emma Navarro, and Elena Rybakina all made it to the Third Round.
Day 3, Wednesday 2nd July
Carlos Alcaraz beat British qualifier Ollie Tarvet in straight sets, with Taylor Fritz surviving his second five setter of the tournament against Gabriel Diallo.
Last year’s Runner Up Jasmine Paolini was beaten by Kamilla Rakhimova, but world number one Aryna Sabalenka made it to the Third Round, as did Madison Keys.
Day 2, Tuesday 1st July
The First Round upsets kept on coming at Wimbledon: 2nd seed and Roland Garros champion Coco Gauff was beaten in straight sets by Dayana Yastremska, and 3rd seed Jessica Pegula also lost to Elisabetta Cocciaretto.
Alex Zverev lost to Arthur Rinderknech in five sets, with last year’s Semi Finalist Lorenzo Musetti beaten by Nikoloz Basilashvili, but Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic and Jack Draper safely advanced.
Day 1, Monday 30th June
Carlos Alcaraz survived a five setter against 38 year old Fabio Fognini, to begin his title defence. However, Holger Rune and Daniil Medvedev were knocked out by Nicolas Jarry and Benjamin Bonzi respectively.
Aryna Sabalenka advanced in straight sets, with Madison Keys and Jasmine Paolini both winning in three sets. Paula Badosa was taken out by Britain’s Katie Boulter.
